Role: Head of Brand Marketing Salary: Up to £65,000 – depending on experience Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm Location: Hardwicke, GL2 4PH & Stonehouse, GL10 3EZ – (Hybrid 2-3 days in the office) At Gardiner Bros, we believe how we treat people matters. We're looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to lead our marketing team and deliver exceptional multi-channel marketing activity for a diverse range of brands across our wholesale and direct-fulfilment channels. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision, data-led decision-making, creativity, and an empowering management style. You'll balance commercial priorities across multiple brands, unlock new value through storytelling, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver impactful results. What the Head of Brand Marketing will involve: Lead the Brand Marketing Team in creating strategic, multi-channel marketing plans that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across all brands. Ensure all activity aligns with global brand strategies and balances commercial, contractual, and resource priorities across multiple brands. Provide data-driven recommendations to the senior leadership team and external brand owners to support business objectives. Own and optimise the marketing budget, managing agency relationships and ensuring ROI on marketing investments. Develop and execute impactful marketing activations with key retail partners to support sell-in and sell-out performance. Oversee creative and content delivery, including product imagery, lifestyle photography, and innovative use of emerging tools such as AI. Inspire and enable collaborative working with key teams and stakeholders across the business. Act as a positive ambassador for the Marketing function, building strong internal and external relationships. Work with the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns across paid media, website content, email, and social channels. In addition, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate: Proven experience leading multi-channel brand marketing and creative teams, with a track record of developing talent and building team capability. Success operating in fast-paced, multi-brand environments, including wholesale, retail, or agency settings. Strong expertise in brand marketing, and understanding of digital, with the ability to translate strategy into impactful execution. Excellent project management skills, delivering complex, multi-brand campaigns on time and within budget. Commercial insight, balancing creativity with performance to drive measurable results. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused mindset, keeping ahead of marketing trends and identifying opportunities for innovation.
