️ Administrator I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced operational support team within the construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a varied role supporting both office and site-based teams across multiple projects. The Role You will provide comprehensive administrative support to operational teams and site staff, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of business processes. The role is varied and will involve a mix of general administration, coordination, and project support within a construction environment. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update internal administration systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance, • Support filing, archiving, scanning, and document control processes, • Collate and input data for KPI reporting and performance tracking, • Assist with Health & Safety administration, including equipment ordering and record keeping, • Support HR processes such as onboarding, inductions, and new starter administration, • Coordinate and monitor staff training in collaboration with internal departments, • Order plant, materials, and supplies for site operations, • Assist with project compliance and administrative preparation tasks, • Attend meetings when required and accurately record minutes and actions, • Ensure all reports, forms, and documentation are completed accurately and returned on time, • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders, • Provide general administrative support to the wider operational team as required Key Relationships You will work closely with: • Internal operational and site teams, • Subcontractors and suppliers, • Clients, consultants, and design teams, • Wider business support and group functions About You We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: • Previous experience in an administrative role (construction, site, or operational environments desirable), • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines, • A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach, • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, • A professional attitude with a commitment to high standards of work What’s on Offer • A varied and fast-paced role within a busy operational environment, • The opportunity to support live construction projects, • Exposure to experienced operational and site-based teams
