This role will involve working across Nursery and Reception, supporting young learners at a crucial stage in their development within a warm, inspiring and exceptionally well-led school. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting children's learning through play-based and structured activities, • Working 1:1 and with small groups to support early communication, language and social development, • Supporting early phonics and pre-reading skills, • Helping to maintain a calm, engaging and stimulating learning environment, • Supporting routines, transitions and personal care where required, • Building strong, positive relationships with children and staff, • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent), • Has experience working in Nursery and/or Reception, • Is warm, patient and genuinely passionate about Early Years education, • Understands child development and early learning principles, • Works well as part of a team Pay & Benefits • Up to £115 per day (PAYE only), • Transparent pay - no umbrella companies SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be recognised as one of the UK's Top 100 Companies to Work For.
