You’ll partner with managers across the business, offering pragmatic advice, ensuring fair process, and helping to create a positive and compliant working environment. As a ER Advisor you will be: • Providing expert ER advice and coaching to managers on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, probation and capability matters, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes, • Managing end-to-end casework, supporting investigations, hearings and appeals while upskilling managers to build confidence and capability, • Monitoring and analysing ER trends and data, identifying themes and making practical recommendations to improve processes and reduce risk, • Supporting organisational change initiatives such as TUPE transfers and ensuring best practice is followed, • Maintaining and reviewing People policies and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement and keeping up to date with employment legislation, • Building strong working relationships across the business, collaborating with the wider People team to drive consistency, professionalism and high standards in all communication The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience in managing a wide range and high-volume of employee relations cases, • CIPD Level 5 (or willing to work towards this), • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice., • Experience within healthcare, education, NHS or similar regulated industries If you tick the above boxes or would like further information on the role - please apply now.

Experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar role Open to candidates from all financial backgrounds — industry experience is flexible Experience in e-commerce, retail or FMCG is a strong advantage, but not essential A good balance of financial reporting and commercial insight Strong Excel skills, with confidence building reports and analysing data Comfortable working closely with non-finance teams in a collaborative environment Curious, organised and happy in a growing, evolving business ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience preferred What's in it for you?
