Product Support Specialist Location: Bath Salary: Up to 37,500 About the Role A growing technology company within the healthcare sector is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join its expanding technical team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position supporting the installation, configuration, validation, and day-to-day use of specialist software platforms used by pharmaceutical, PET radiopharmacy, and research organisations operating in highly regulated environments. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful software deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
