Reporting & Analytics- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.- Generate monthly performance reports for management.- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Skills & QualificationsEssential- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- 1–2 years of experience in marketing.- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.- Experience managing social media platforms and content creation.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and project management abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desirable- Experience within an IT, technology, software, or digital services company.- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
