We’re now on the lookout for a Duty Manager to join our team at Zedwell Piccadilly. This is a key role at the hotel — you’ll be the person everyone looks to on shift, making sure operations run smoothly and every guest leaves feeling cared for. From leading the team and solving challenges, to creating those small moments that make a stay memorable, you’ll keep everything flowing with confidence and calm. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, ensuring service that reflects Zedwell’s high standards., • Be the go-to contact for our guests, handling requests, feedback, and challenges with professionalism and genuine care., • Oversee daily operations — from check-in to check-out — creating a seamless, stress-free guest journey., • Keep an eye on safety, security, and cleanliness across the property., • Coach and support team members so they can deliver on Zedwell’s promise of comfort and calm., • Work closely with other departments to keep operations connected and efficient. What We’re Looking For • Experience in hotel front office or a supervisory role (duty manager experience is a plus)., • Strong leadership and decision-making skills — calm, confident, and effective under pressure., • Excellent communication and people skills, with a natural passion for guest service., • Organised, proactive, and adaptable — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment., • Familiarity with Mews PMS (or similar hotel systems) is an advantage.
