Job Title: General Manager Position Overview The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and long-term strategic direction of the organization (or business unit), ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. The GM reports to the CEO or Executive Board and leads cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards. Key Responsibilities 1.
