You will manage a non-volume caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, • New build and shared ownership transactions, • Transfers of equity and re-mortgages You’ll have the support of an established conveyancing team and access to modern systems and resources, allowing you to deliver high-quality client care without the pressure of volume targets. Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core joinery or plumbing and experience working within a social housing environment (desirable). Driving licence is essential.
