Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator (MSP) Location: London (Hybrid Working)Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) Are you an experienced Procurement or Commercial Operations professional within the MSP / IT Services space? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where accuracy, ownership, and commercial awareness are key? We’re working with a growing Managed Service Provider looking to hire a Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator to play a critical role across procurement, contracts, billing, and vendor management. This is a high impact position supporting Sales, Finance, Delivery, and external vendors ensuring revenue accuracy, margin protection, and a seamless customer experience. The Role You’ll take full ownership of the commercial operations lifecycle, including: • End-to-end procurement, quoting support, and purchase order management, • Contract setup, renewals, and subscription management, • Management of recurring billing cycles and billing accuracy, • Hands-on administration and optimisation of Autotask, • Supporting internal teams across Sales, Finance, and Technical Delivery, • Vendor and customer liaison to ensure smooth service and delivery, • Previous experience within an MSP / IT Services environment, • Strong, hands-on experience using Autotask (live system use), • Proven experience managing:, • Procurement & purchase orders, • Contracts & renewals, • Recurring billing cycles, • High attention to detail with strong numerical and reconciliation skills, • Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams, • Office 365 / NCE licensing knowledge, • Kaseya Quote Manager, • NetSuite, • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven, • Commercially aware with a strong operational mindset, • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced MSP environment SER-IN
