Overview The comms manager will partner with Total Reward (TR) team and a number of functions outside of TR, including People & Culture (P&C), Legal, Payroll and P&C Operations, to ensure readiness by the required deadline. The role is full-time, 9-month contract. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead Total Reward’s communication plan for our company separation program., • Develop on and deliver an engagement strategy and calendar to engage employees across a host of focus areas across global Total Rewards, including benefits, and enrolment communications and programming., • Determine appropriate combination of key change moments to incorporate into comms messaging on a regional and country level, • Manage the development of communications and campaigns, prepared by 3rd party vendor global teams, • Partners with local Total Rewards teams, local legal, Total Rewards leadership, local P&C, Manager, P&C Comms and Corporate Internal Comms team for seamless delivery of programming and communications to employees., • Leverages internal platforms, including Salesforce, Benify, Viva Engage, etc. to communicate and market programming and services to employees. Partners with Brand and Internal Comms teams to develop creative assets and tools needed for promotion., • Develop and adapt communications materials for internal and external audiences, with digital appeal, based on research studies, issues briefs, statistics, fact sheets, among others., • Work closely with P&C communications team (if relevant) to leverage materials in diverse internal and external platforms., • Establish, develop and update communications metrics for the Total Rewards function., • Propose, develop and update regular reports or dashboards to showcase results to leadership. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Background in global Total Rewards., • Knowledge of benefits and retirement programs., • Possesses language skills relevant to the role., • Excellent writing / storytelling skills in relevant languages., • Positive attitude., • Highly organized. Project management skills a plus., • Flexibility to perform diverse tasks outside scope of work when projects or business goals require it., • High level of knowledge in all communications functions, in particular reputation management, corporate social responsibility, content development and communications metrics., • Experience in messaging and content development., • General knowledge of financial services industry or related global industry., • Bachelors Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field., • 5-10 years of experience
