Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer - Renewable Energy Location: Remote (UK-wide travel) | Full-time The Role: Join a growing renewable energy team as an Electrical Design Engineer. You'll conduct site surveys, assess electrical systems, and produce detailed reports for solar PV installations-all while working independently with nationwide travel. What You'll Do: * Survey electrical systems for solar PV suitability. * Identify defects and report potential issues. * Produce clear, professional survey reports with bills of quantities & scope of works. * Coordinate with the technical team and manage your own survey schedule. * Travel to project sites using a company vehicle. What We're Looking For: * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations. * Experience with solar PV installations (commercial experience a plus). * Excellent IT, reporting, and communication skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. * Full UK driving license, over 25 years old.
