The Installation Supervisor will act as the senior member of a two-person team, working hands-on alongside an Installation Operative on pump and pipework installations. Undertake installation and deinstallation of pumps, pipework, and associated equipment at customer sites across construction, clean water, and wastewater environments. Carry out on-site RAMS, ensuring all risks are identified, briefed, and controlled before and during works. Supervise Installation Operatives and subcontractors on site, maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards. Liaise with the Installation Manager and Solutions/Sales teams to provide updates on progress and resolve any site-related issues. Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles and ensure all equipment is fit for purpose prior to installation.
