Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and technically savvy Pre-Sales Engineer to join a dynamic sales team. In this role, you will work closely with account managers, clients, and technical teams to understand customer needs and design customized telecom solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in telecommunications or technical Enterprise IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions., • Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing technical capabilities and business value., • Assist in the creation of technical proposals, RFIs, and RFPs., • Conduct feasibility assessments and design preliminary technical solutions to meet customer requirements., • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand technical features and benefits., • Stay updated on the latest telecom technologies, trends, and industry best practices.Key Requirements:, • Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer role, preferably within the telecom or Cloud/SaaS industry., • Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and technologies (e.g., VoIP, LTE, 5G, fiber optics)., • Ability to translate technical information into business solutions that address client needs., • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
