E-commerce Executive (Website Merchandiser) Location: Romford (Full-time, on-site) About the Role Linzi Shoes is looking for a detail-oriented, fashion-led E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day merchandising of our website and app. You will ensure the online store is visually appealing, up-to-date, and optimised for performance. Working closely with Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams, you will use data and analytics to make informed decisions on product placement, campaigns, and content updates, helping to deliver a seamless customer journey and maximise sales. Website & App Merchandising • Update homepage, categories, trend pages, seasonal edits, and promotional landing pages, • Implement campaign launches, sales, exclusives, and influencer edits accurately using assets from Brand and Marketing teams, • Maintain smooth navigation, search functionality, and filters to enhance the customer experience Product Setup & Maintenance • Upload new products with accurate descriptions, imagery, pricing, tags, filters, sizing, and SEO, • Ensure all content is consistent with brand standards and optimised for search visibility Analytics & Data-Driven Execution • Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, basket rate, bounce rate, sell-through, and stock health, • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets) to identify optimisation opportunities for product placement, category layouts, and campaigns, • Adjust merchandising decisions based on data insights, competitor activity, and emerging trends, • Support A/B testing and other digital optimisation initiatives Collaboration & Execution • Work closely with Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams to implement updates and campaigns accurately, • Support merchandising platform projects and site enhancements as required Skills & Experience • 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar retail/fashion role, • Strong knowledge of Shopify (Shopify Plus ideal), • Excellent eye for product presentation, styling, and visuals, • Highly organised and detail-oriented, • Analytical mindset, confident using Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets to make data-informed merchandising decisions, • Collaborative, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams Benefits • Health Cashback Plan, • Healthcare Plan after 1 year of service, • Employee discount, • Free parking, • Pension scheme
