The Role: Field Marketing Specialist Were seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to own and execute the companys event program with precision and impact. This role is all about exceptional deliveryensuring every event strengthens brand presence, supports go-to-market priorities, and creates meaningful engagement opportunities. Youll thrive here if you love operational excellence, crafting standout event experiences, and partnering cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life. What Youll Be Doing Manage end-to-end logistics for all owned and sponsored events: venues, vendors, shipments, budgets, and onsite support. Build clear event proposals, briefs, timelines, target lists, and documentation to ensure seamless alignment. Partner with the Revenue Marketing team to ensure events fit seamlessly into broader campaign narratives and promotional plans. Work closely with Sales to optimise audience targeting, attendee management, meeting coordination, and post-event follow-up workflows. Ensure all assets, materials, and onsite experiences reflect brand guidelines and messaging accuracy. Track event performance, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement across the events program. What Were Looking For ? 3+ years experience in field marketing or B2B event execution (SaaS ideal) ? Proven ability to deliver flawless events on time and to spec ? Highly organized with excellent attention to detail ? Strong collaborator comfortable working cross-functionally with GTM teams ? Solutions-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure ?
