Learning Support Assistant Prospero Teaching is seeking a patient and motivated Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in the Southampton area. This long-term role involves providing additional classroom support to students who may need help with learning, confidence, emotional regulation, or accessing the curriculum. You will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils throughout the school day, offering reassurance, guidance, and tailored assistance where required. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping young people overcome barriers to learning in a structured and supportive environment. This role is well suited to candidates with experience in support roles, care, youth work, SEN settings, or graduates looking to gain meaningful school-based experience before moving into teaching, psychology, or related pathways.
