We are looking for a Head of Bids and Product Manager to join our Christchurch team! Reporting to the Director of Customer Facing, the Head of Bids & Product Management is responsible for leading day-to-day lifecycle management of products/product lines. This role not only considers the definition and introduction of new products to meet customer expectations, but also ensures continued product through life availability culminating with management of product end-of-life process. In conjunction with this, the Head of Bids & Product management will also support the business growth objectives ensuring the on-time release of quality bids/proposals that meet business objectives. The key output of this role will be to support future growth, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, thus contributing to the long-term success of the business. Recommends ways to expand sales and profitability in specific markets.
