We are seeking a proactive and highly accountable Packaging Line Leader to join our Client's Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of assigned packaging lines, ensuring adherence to best practice standards, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and driving operational excellence across safety, quality, and productivity. The Packaging Line Leader provides day-to-day leadership on the line, monitors performance against key metrics, facilitates problem-solving activities, and acts as the first point of contact for any issues relating to packaging operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient operations and maintain high-quality production standards. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Support • Support Packaging Operators by providing performance feedback to Production Shift Management., • Participate in reviews, 1:1s, and development discussions as required., • Own and maintain documented standards for packaging activities (SWIs, SOPs, training materials)., • Ensure adherence to all Eisai Corporate Standards, GMP/GDP requirements, and quality procedures., • Support technical trainers by identifying training needs for assigned packaging lines., • Monitor performance against KPIs and investigate leading and lagging indicators., • Lead cross-functional meetings to review performance, identify trends, and drive improvement actions., • Lead proactive and reactive problem-solving using industry-standard methodologies., • Act as first point of contact for line issues and coordinate timely support from technical teams., • Escalate unresolved issues to the Production Shift Manager or Production Manager as necessary., • Deputise for the Production Shift Manager when required., • Participate in improvement initiatives, focus groups, and project teams., • Operate the line when necessary to support business needs. Skills & Qualifications • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Excellent technical writing ability., • Clear and confident communication skills across all organisational levels., • Experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment (desirable)., • Proactive, accountable, and self-driven., • Professional and composed under pressure., • Strong active listening skills; diplomatic and inclusive., • Energetic, positive, and solutions-focused.
