We’re working with an exciting DTC health and wellness startup that are looking for a Creative Strategist to join their team! They’re looking for someone to be the creative engine behind their paid media, working end-to-end from insights through to production and optimisation. Genuinely a brilliant opportunity to have huge impact by further scaling a brand that’s already growing fast. What your role will involve: • Owning the creative strategy for paid social using insights from performance data, • Ideating and executing on new creative formats, leading the full production cycle, • Owning creative feedback loops, to ensure creative is always evolving and improving, • Tracking competitors and trends to ensure things always stay fresh and innovative Who they're looking for: • You have proven experience crafting winning creatives within the DTC space, • An expert when it comes to paid socials; you truly understand ad platforms, have strong opinions and can double down on what is working, • Very importantly, you're data-driven and are constantly using data to feed into your success, • You're brilliant at working at pace, getting ads out at speed, • You're currently leveraging AI to enhance your work, • You don’t just scroll - you study what makes content stick and brands scale, • You're collaborative, intellectual and curious 💸 Salary: £45,000 + equity 🏡 WFH policy: 3 days/week in their London office If this sounds interesting then we’d love to hear from you so please send across your CV, detailing your performance-based experience!
