Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality, child-centred care in a residential setting, • Safeguard and promote the welfare, safety, and emotional well-being of each child, • Implement and follow individualised care plans and behaviour support strategies, • Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent, empathetic, and clear communication, • Support children with daily routines, education, activities, and life skills development, • Assist with transportation to school, appointments, and community activities, • Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation, • Work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, families, and external professionals Essential Requirements be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria: • Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship – Indefinite Leave to Remain required), • Full manual UK driving licence, • Aged 25 or over (to meet insurance requirements), • Held a driving licence for at least 2 years, • 6 points or fewer on licence, • Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins, • Ability to complete a robust safer recruitment process, including enhanced DBS and references
