After 20 years our current manager is relocating and this has opened up this unique opportunity to join a mental health service with a long standing successful reputation in the local area. Your Role & Responsibilities As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and compliance of our residential service. You will: • Provide strong, person-centred leadership to your team, promoting a culture of empowerment and accountability., • Ensure CQC compliance and maintain the highest standards of care, safety, and documentation., • Lead by example, inspiring a motivated team that delivers exceptional support and positive outcomes., • Manage all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, training, supervision, and rota management., • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and personalised support packages., • Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and commissioners to achieve shared goals. You’re an experienced, compassionate leader who understands what it takes to run an outstanding residential service. Essential: • At least 3 years’ management or supervisory experience within mental health, learning disability, or complex care settings., • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care., • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality assurance frameworks., • Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
