You'll offer expert advice, recommend the products and services that suit each customer, and handle seasonal machine work (aerating, scarifying, top-dressing). Every visit is a chance to grow the business and build relationships. Independent, active, outdoors — no two days the same.Not a lawn care expert? Good. We're not necessarily looking for lawn care experts — we're looking for people who are brilliant with customers. The lawn knowledge will come; we'll train you on all of it.
