Your key objective is to scope, design, develop, deliver and evaluate blended learning experiences that are practical, engaging and aligned to the needs of the business area. As a trusted partner, youâll play a vital role in shaping a culture of continuous learning, supporting operational excellence, and helping our people thrive. As a Learning & Development Partner, you will: ⢠Build strong relationships with your allocated business area to understand their operations, challenges and learning needs., ⢠Lead and coordinate a range of initiatives that support the delivery of highâquality learning and development activities., ⢠Scope and analyse learning requirements to inform the design of impactful blended learning solutions., ⢠Create a wide range of learning materials including experiential workshops, coaching resources, selfâpaced online learning and workbooks., ⢠Deliver engaging faceâtoâface and virtual learning sessions that promote reflection, collaboration and practical skill development., ⢠Produce highâquality digital learning content such as videos, infographics, interactions and branching scenarios., ⢠Collect and analyse data to measure learning effectiveness and drive ongoing improvement.
