ACG is recruiting an Intel & Admin Coordinator to play a pivotal support role within our team. Our newly created role combines administrative, organisational and analytical responsibilities to support the efficient running of ACG. You will help collect, organise and analyse intelligence related to counterfeiting and IP crime, while also providing general administrative and operational support. This role is well suited to a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and an interest in anti-counterfeiting, intelligence analysis and brand protection. Administration and Office Support • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the ACG team, including both routine and ad hoc tasks., • Become an established point of contact for member queries, regularly liaising with members to support their requests., • Monitor inboxes, answer phone calls and provide timely responses to member or law enforcement queries and new enquiries., • Manage correspondence, document filing and record-keeping., • Support budget tracking, invoicing and expense processing., • Manage member onboarding and renewal processes., • Manage online database and website to ensure all contact details and mailing lists are kept up to date., • Assist with the preparation of presentations, agendas, minutes, internal documentation, research and external correspondence., • Support compliance with internal policies, governance requirements and data protection standards., • Assist with the coordination of key ACG events, including planning and operational support during the event. 2. Intelligence Collation and Analysis • Support the collection, collation and management of intelligence related to counterfeiting, IP infringement and illicit trade., • Liaise with members to encourage and facilitate regular intelligence sharing., • Maintain and update intelligence database and case records., • Conduct basic analytical tasks, including data validation, trend identification and preparation of summary reports., • Assist in the production of intelligence briefings, alerts and reports for members and stakeholders., • Support information-sharing initiatives with members, enforcement agencies and partner organisation. 3. Intelligence Coordination and Operations • Act as a coordination point for intelligence-related enquiries from members and external partners., • Support the organisation of meetings, working groups, and intelligence-sharing forums., • Track actions, deadlines and follow-ups arising from intelligence activities and enforcement support. 4. General Responsibilities • Uphold the ACG’s mission, values and code of conduct., • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism., • Support wider organisational activities and events as required., • Carry out other reasonable duties in line with the needs of the organisation. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or operational role. Knowledge and experience of intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, analytical or intelligence support role., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • High level of attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or equivalent tools., • Interest in anti-counterfeiting, intellectual property, law enforcement cooperation, or illicit trade., • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills., • Demonstrated planning and coordination abilities., • High level of discretion and integrity., • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team., • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work., • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Desirable Criteria • Experience working in a non-profit, trade association, regulatory, or enforcement-related environment or in the brand protection community., • Familiarity with intelligence processes, information management, or analytical methodologies., • Experience working with databases, case management systems or intelligence platforms., • Knowledge of intellectual property rights, brand protection, or counterfeiting issues., • Experience liaising with members, public authorities, or international stakeholders. Work Environment: • This role is offered as hybrid working. The ACG HQ is located in High Wycombe. The role will require travel to ACG annual events in the UK plus the possibility of occasional meetings in London and around the UK., • The position is offered on a full-time basis, although candidates wishing to work part-time/flexible hours will also be considered., • This role is only open to candidates who already have the legal right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
