The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and developing SEND and inclusion provision across the school while contributing strategically to whole-school leadership, improvement, and culture. 💡 Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), • Experience of leading SEND provision within a secondary school setting, • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, • Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory responsibilities, • Passion for inclusion and removing barriers to learning, • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, staff, governors, and external agencies, • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Lead and strategically develop SEND and inclusion provision across the school, • Ensure high-quality support and intervention for students with additional needs, • Drive outstanding teaching and learning for all learners, • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEND provision and outcomes, • Work collaboratively with staff, families, governors, and external agencies, • Ensure all statutory SEND responsibilities are fully met, • Contribute to whole-school leadership, improvement planning, and culture, • Promote high expectations, achievement, attendance, and wellbeing for all students, • Support staff development and best practice in inclusive teaching 🌈 Why Join Milk Education?
