Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with Haz Restaurant's recipes and quality standards., • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and aesthetic appeal., • Oversee kitchen operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste., • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations., • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service., • Contribute to menu development and innovation, bringing fresh ideas and culinary expertise. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy restaurant or corporate chain setting., • In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment., • Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced and demanding environment., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • A true passion for cooking and a commitment to culinary excellence., • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
