Mother Hubbards Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our small but vibrant restaurant team in Cardiff. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include: • Greeting and seating customers warmly, • Taking food and beverage orders accurately, • Serving meals and drinks efficiently, • Handling payments and operating the till system, • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, • Assisting with setting up and closing down the restaurant, • Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
