Identify opportunities, implement trading initiatives, and ensure delivery against key KPIs., • Use a hands-on coaching approach to build confident, high-performing leaders through structured training and on-the-job development., • Partner with store teams to deliver engaging retail activations, events, and experiences that drive guest engagement and conversion., • Ensure visual standards, compliance, and operational efficiency across all stores. Manage store openings, refurbishments, and new initiatives with precision and energy., • Work collaboratively with recruitment and scheduling teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles, fostering growth and career progression within the business., • Act as a key point of contact for operational performance and feedback, championing best practices and sharing insights to enhance retail operations. About You • Proven success in multi-site retail management, ideally within high-end or premium retail environments., • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales and profit targets., • Inspirational leadership style with a focus on coaching, development, and team engagement., • A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment., • Willingness to travel as needed to support and engage with store teams.
