Job title: Regional Sales Manager, Turkey & CIS (ELT) Department: Sales and Marketing ELT Location/Branch: In-region Position reports to: Global Sales Director (ELT) Length of contract: Permanent Main duties • To drive and deliver annual sales plans for each target source market. Working with the Global Sales Director (ELT) and ELT team members, to build the regional market development and recruitment strategy., • Play a central role in development of agent acquisition, onboarding, activation and performance management., • Manage the student lead and application pipeline, influencing demand generation and conversion as necessary to deliver growth. This will include direct engagement with prospective students, as well as managing the relationship and commercial agreements with agents and other partners., • To market and channel development, to include securing agreements with national sponsorship bodies across the region., • Provide regular reports on sales progress and maintain sales forecasts.
