Key Responsibilities Provide practice leadership and oversight within the Duty & Assessment team Support and mentor Social Workers to deliver high-quality, child-centred practice Contribute to a relational and restorative culture of continuous learning and reflective practice Lead on complex cases, including those within pre-proceedings and care proceedings Ensure timely and effective decision-making to safeguard children Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomesAbout the Team The West Duty & Assessment Team is a fast-paced and supportive environment, committed to delivering excellent frontline services.
