Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Services Location: Leeds (Office-based Mon–Thu, WFH Fridays) Base Salary: £25,000–£29,500 (DOE) OTE: £33,000–£40,000 realistic Uncapped Commission Excellent Benefits The Opportunity Our client is a fast-growing technology company specialising in data protection and cyber security solutions. The Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of outbound prospecting, connecting with key decision-makers, and creating qualified sales opportunities for the wider sales team. You’ll: • Make 80–100 outbound calls per day, confidently engaging with prospects., • Use Salesforce, Outreach, and Cognismto identify, sequence, and manage leads., • Research and target potential clients across various industries., • Generate and qualify high-quality meetings for the sales team., • Work closely with marketing and senior sales colleagues to align outreach strategy.
