Then we would love to hear from you! The Site Lead will deliver Breakfast and Afterschool Care Clubs on a daily basis whilst leading a team of site assistants. The Site Leader will be required to lead at the school building developing strong relationships with all key account personnel, and staff in the school. - 7:45am - 8:45am - 3:15pm - 6:00pm - 12:00pm - 1:00pm – Approximately 10 hours per week during the middle of the day, the Site Lead will support the recruitment process by screening candidates via CV and telephone interviews, conducting second stage interviews, and advising the HR team and managers on candidate suitability. Responsibilities will also include contacting candidates to request necessary information as part of the onboarding process. • Staff Management - Leading a team of Club Assistants and apprentices, making sure staff provide regular feedback to children, parents, and school staff. Also responsible for conducting regular performance reviews for assistant and apprentice staff., • Activity Design - Plan and deliver an engaging programme of activities for all SCL Active services incorporating the Fun, Learn, Move value proposition., • Administration – Ensure all key administration tasks are completed in line with SCL Active safeguarding policies and procedures including registers, food/equipment orders & club paperwork., • Recruitment – Support recruitment by screening CVs, conducting telephone and second stage interviews, advising HR/managers on candidate suitability, and contacting candidates during onboarding., • OFSTED & Compliance – Ensure all mandatory training is completed for all staff in your team and that the club adheres to child to staff ratios outlined by OFSTED., • Customer Service/Partnerships – Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders including schools, parents & children through the implementation of the “Active Communication” strategy., • Customer service skills (incl. ability to deliver SCL Active service signatures, complaint resolution), • Communication skills (Verbal, written & digital), • Personal organisation / time management skills, • Planning skills, • Relationship management skills (new and existing partners), • Ability to develop new product, programmes & initiatives for clubs, • Leadership and management skills, • Skills to train and develop teams and individuals, • Skills to deliver HR essentials, • Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures, • Experience of working in childcare setting with knowledge in supporting children with SEN desirable, • Attractive benefits for you and your family - We offer Life Assurance, Income Protection, and reimbursement for dental, optical, and alternative health therapies to all our staff., • Outstanding internal promotion prospects., • Investment and Training - We are dedicated to developing you to reach your potential, • Childcare, • Company pension, • Employee discount, • Free parking, • Health & wellbeing programme, • On-site parking, • Referral programme
