Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will manage and develop existing client accounts while supporting regional growth. Supporting the Head of Sales, who manages new business activity, you will act as the primary contact for existing clients and work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service and technical support.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProactively manage and develop allocated customer accounts, communicating via telephone, email, and Teams to maintain strong relationships and high service standards\nPrepare and issue quotations to customers\nIdentify and support opportunities within existing customer accounts\nProvide product information and Tier 1 technical support (full training provided)\nCreate structured account action plans for key customers\nTrack activity and contribute to monthly reporting\nParticipate in ongoing training and development\nSupport additional initiatives as required by the Head of Sales and wider business🔍 What We're Looking For\n\nExperience in an Account Manager or similar customer service/account-based role\nStrong commercial awareness\nExcellent communication skills across phone, email, and Teams\nProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365\nA proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach\nA genuine interest in continuous improvementWhy Join This Business?\n\nThis organisation is known for low staff turnover, structured career progression, promoting from within, and a genuinely people-first culture.
