About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour in a school / Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting in Grays. This role involves working closely with students who may have experienced barriers to learning, including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students regulate their behaviour, engage in learning, and develop positive relationships within a supportive educational environment. You will work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals to provide targeted support and help create a safe, structured, and nurturing space for students to succeed.
