Duties will include the following:
Greet patients, provide basic orientation to the practice, and ensure an excellent patient experience.
Check-in patients, verify health insurance, and collect payments.
Obtain accurate and complete personal information from the patient as required for registration
Keeps track of appointment schedules and confirms patient appointments.
Collects payments and open balances.
Answer telephone calls, office text messages, and emails in a professional manner.
Follow-up on missed appointments
Make routine follow-up appointments as required.
Help resolve patient inquiries about insurance coverage and practice information
Keep accurate records (patient information, received payments etc.)
Reconciliation of cash, credit cards, receipts, and encounter forms.
Prior Authorization
Performs other administrative duties.
Bilingual Preferred: Spanish and English
Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
