Qosmedix Business Development Manager Your role We’re seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (7+ years B2B) to unlock growth by maximizing the potential of our broad, established enterprise client base and by forging strategic new relationships with enterprise clients. This role is about deepening and leveraging existing connections within complex organizations—expanding share-of-wallet through consultative upsell and cross-sell, uncovering fresh opportunities. Equally, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning new enterprise accounts to fuel Qosmedix’s continued expansion. What you’ll do • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving revenue expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and partnership development., • Proactively identify and pursue new enterprise clients by leveraging industry networks, attending events, and executing targeted outreach campaigns., • Build and execute strategic account plans tied to growth targets and client priorities for both existing and new accounts., • Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers (budget, timing, priorities) in current and prospective client organizations., • Act as primary client point-of-contact: consultative recommendations, proactive problem-solving, and relationship management., • Partner with internal teams to scope, launch, and deliver programs with excellent execution., • Maintain accurate activity entry, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting (CRM-based) for both existing and new business., • Represent Qosmedix at client meetings and select industry events / trade shows to strengthen current partnerships and cultivate new ones. Expectation to spend ~40%+ of time in client-facing activity (virtual and/or in-person), including periodic travel to client sites and industry events with focus on both existing and new enterprise clients What we’re looking for • 7+ years of B2B sales / account management experience with measurable growth results., • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and deal structures as well as developing new enterprise relationships., • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders., • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through collaboration, driving alignment and delivering results., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable for driving results., • Strong attention to details.
