Job Description A growing regional company is looking for a Director of Client Services to lead client relationships, account performance, onboarding, and long-term retention. This role is responsible for ensuring clients receive responsive communication, consistent service delivery, and a strong overall experience after the initial sale. The right candidate will be a relationship-focused leader who can manage client-facing teams, work closely with operations, identify account growth opportunities, and ensure that client expectations are clearly understood and consistently met. Key Responsibilities • Lead the client services function and ensure a high standard of account support, • Manage and develop client service managers, account managers, or support team members, • Serve as a senior point of contact for key client relationships and escalations, • Oversee client onboarding, account transitions, renewals, and service reviews, • Partner with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations, • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services or improved solutions, • Monitor client satisfaction, retention, issue resolution, and account performance, • Establish processes for communication, reporting, follow-up, and client documentation, • Support proposal renewals, pricing updates, and contract discussions as needed Essential • 7 or more years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, or operations support, • 3 or more years of experience leading client-facing teams, • Experience supporting B2B clients in a service-based environment, • Strong communication, relationship management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills, • Ability to manage escalations and maintain professionalism with senior-level client contacts, • Comfortable using CRM tools, account plans, service reports, and client performance data, • Strong ability to partner with sales, operations, finance, and executive leadership, • Experience managing key accounts or strategic client relationships, • Background in commercial services, staffing, logistics, facilities, or professional services, • Experience with renewals, account expansion, or contract management $125,000 to $165,000 base annually, plus bonus potential Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
