Job DescriptionDescription: BASIC SUMMARY: Perform the execution of financial functions involving invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll, and general bookkeeping. Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions., • Preparing and filing financial documents., • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable., • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information., • Processing payroll and tracking payroll data., • Assisting with tax payments and returns., • Assist in preparing monthly client financial reports., • Communicate with vendors, customers and PharPoint staff on issues or queries., • Assist with preparation for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities., • Contribute to the automation of processes and maintenance of financial databases., • Contribute to strong internal and external client relationships through positive interactions., • Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent., • Experience: 2 years in accounting or financial discipline., • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above., • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills., • Proficient with accounting software (i.e., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Bill.com) and Excel., • Certification/Licensure: None, • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to understand both written and verbal communication, type/work at a computer, and sit for up to 90% of the workday., • Must have a valid driver’s license with no limitations on driving availability.
