Job Description Job Summary: The ECOM Account Manager operates as the face of Seachrome to our Customers and will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers and connecting with key business executives. The successful candidate will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs. Duties and Responsibilities: · · Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers. · Be part of the phone rotation, answering incoming calls in a timely manner. · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. · Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers. · Effectively collaborate with all team members to facilitate a smooth transition for new customers from account application stage to ongoing account management. · Coordinate EDI workflows with customers and internal teams to process purchase orders, shipment notices (ASNs), and invoicing while resolving transmission errors and compliance issues. · Demonstrate strong curiosity and investigative skills to proactively identify issues, analyze root causes, and drive effective resolutions across orders, accounts, and systems. · Proactively ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives. · Manage and monitor inventory levels of key SKUs on Safety Stock, Supplier Managed Inventory, and Master Supply Agreements as directed. · Coordinate with Production and Scheduling Teams and communicate up-to-date lead times for shipment of orders to customers. · Forecast and track key account metrics. · Manage quote preparation, sales order in-put and revision processing, purchase order review and processing. · Provide customer quotes and ensure accurate pricing in a timely manner, either on the same day or within 24 hours. · Maintain quotes in Company Quote Log as directed by Sales Manager. · Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. · Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as they arise. · Coordinate requests from Field Sales Group (Independent Reps, Distributors, Regional Managers) to ensure quick and timely responses. · Accurate updating and maintenance of the Sage Accounting Program as directed by Supervisor. Additional responsibilities as assigned by Sales Manager and/or President. We are currently seeking a Billing Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for the daily activities associated with patient billing inquiries and related patient concerns at TPIRC. This role works directly with patients, insurance companies, financial counselors, scheduling, business office, vendors, and clinical departments to ensure all records are up-to-date, compliant with billing and coding guidelines, and consistent. This individual is responsible for providing resolution to patient inquiries and/or grievances related to all aspects of the medical billing process. The Senior Billing Customer Service Representative will demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the medical billing process and will serve as the Patient Resolution expert for the organization.
