Job DescriptionClassification Exempt Reports to ICF Administrator Location North Region Summary/Objective Provides skilled coordination and program assistance to the residential business lines Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and Supported Living (SL). Interfaces between Administrators and ICF/SL program management staff including but not limited to Managers and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to support regulations with the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and other governmental body requirements. Develops and implements effective program documentation and oversight ensuring we are maximizing funding. Supports Major Unusual Incident (MUI) administrative process. All other duties assigned. Essential Functions • Support and manage identified quality measures and processes including but not limited to data tracking, W tags, survey readiness, retrieval and tracking. Responsible for performing procedures to assess adherence with rules and regulations., • Responsible for supporting the Emergency Preparedness Plan modifications, including but not limited to trainings, drills, and updates., • Support person centered care and adherence to residential regulations across the region., • Performing internal data analysis on a monthly basis on all UIs, MUIs, RPRTs for Incident Review Committee (IRC) as well as interdepartmental required reports as assigned. Supports the closures of UIRs on the reporting system., • Monthly regulatory Medicaid and Licensure preparation for ICF sites expecting audits. Participates in the support of the actual survey process by gathering MUI and other required data, assisting in the development of the plan of correction (POC) and ensuring its approval and gathering the needed documentation to support its completion., • Providing back-up support and continued training on essential Administrative Investigation Manager duties., • Manage admission documentation, DODD requirements and portal, DDP scores summary and analysis, and assist in all reviews with core teams., • System internal audits, review and support to team. OISP organization leader and trainer., • Mentoring and training all ICF QIDP/Managers., • Monitor and educate on DODD Rule changes and update the team as applicable., • Responsible for the ICF Quality Indicators supporting data, surveys readiness, and support Compliance during the review., • Assisting in Implementation of any accreditation and certifications the program might hold. Required Education and Experience • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities., • Bachelor’s degree in human services from an accredited College or University and three years' experience in program management and supervision in the developmental disabilities field, preferably in residential services., • Valid Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record., • Demonstration of excellent oral and written/ documentation skills with strong teamwork skills., • Ability to pass a background and drug screening meeting Ohio Adm. Code 5101:3-45-11 for Disqualifying Offenses. Preferred Education and Experience • Knowledge of project management and communication practices. Excellent computer skills and experience with software applications, • Knowledge of DD rules and regulations, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including word, excel, PowerPoint, • Strong ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision. Under the direction of the National Residential Director, the Residential Manager (RM) implements best practices and excellent standards of holistic residential care based on Her Song’s organizational values for trauma-responsive programs/culture and a post-traumatic growth-focused, empowerment-driven, and strengths-based approach to survivor care.
