This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment, • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, • Install, align, and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and other industrial machinery, • Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production, • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation, • Assist with machinery installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects, • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders, • Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications, • Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role, • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, • Experience working with industrial maintenance equipment and systems, • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and power transmission systems, • Ability to use precision measuring tools and hand tools, • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications, • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus, • Experience with stick, MIG, or Flux-Core welding is highly desirable, • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus, • Experience with rigging, equipment alignment, and machinery installation preferred What We Offer Competitive pay: $26-$34/hr based on experience Multiple shifts available Overtime opportunities Stable, long-term employment Hands-on work with industrial equipment and machinery Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional with strong millwright and mechanical maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and keeping operations running at peak performance.
