This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in keeping the office organized, stocked, and running without friction. This part time position owns core operational workflows including mail and package management, office and kitchen supplies, visitor support, meeting setup, and administrative coordination. The work is detail-driven, recurring, and essential to the employee experience. The role partners closely with the Executive Assistant, Team Member Experience, IT, Finance, and in-office employees. It offers meaningful ownership, clear accountability, and exposure to broader workplace operations as the business grows. Location: Onsite at our downtown Denver Office. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office from 8am to 5pm. Compensation: The hourly range for this position is between $22 and $26, depending on experience level. Primary Responsibilities Mail & Package Management • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages for both in-office and remote employees., • Open and log sensitive or time-sensitive items and route them to appropriate teams., • Monitor kitchen supplies and restock snacks, drinks, and accessories from storage., • Open and organize supply deliveries (Amazon, etc.) during absences., • Greet guests, manage check-ins, and incoming deliveries., • Assist with printing, scanning, filing, and scheduling tasks., • 3+ years of experience in office administration or operations, or a closely related role, • 2+ years of experience with USPS, FedEx, and other shipping carriers, • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite or other CRM/Ticketing system, • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, • High attention to detail and follow-through, • Proven success with handling sensitive or time-critical materials, • Clear, professional written and verbal communication, • Reliable execution across recurring operational tasks, • Routing mail and packages appropriately, • Managing supply levels and escalation timing, • Anticipating operational needs before escalation, • Closing loops without follow-up, • Taking pride in shared spaces and processes, • Resolving routine visitor, meeting, and office support issues, • Professional, service-oriented interpersonal style, • Consistency in accuracy, • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, • Ability to push and pull heavy mail carts and kitchen supplies, • No travel required We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
