This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, pipeline generation, and editorial operations. You'll lead the creation of content that builds market trust, shapes perception, supports go-to-market priorities, and drives measurable business outcomes across segments and regions. You'll partner closely with product marketing, PR, brand, sales, regional marketing, events, customer marketing, and external agencies to turn complex ideas into high-impact content programs that resonate globally. This person will own content from ideation through publication and measurement across formats including gated assets, research reports, one-pagers, landing pages, webinars, interactive experiences, articles, executive bylines, customer stories, video, and audio. Who You Are • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, thought leadership, brand journalism, or demand generation content in B2B, SaaS, or related environments., • Proven experience owning content strategy and execution across both brand-building and pipeline-driving programs., • Strong editorial instincts with the ability to shape a clear point of view, maintain a high bar for quality, and tell compelling stories across formats., • Experience developing global content with an understanding of how to adapt messaging for different segments, regions, and stages of the funnel., • Strong operational ability to manage end-to-end workflows across stakeholders, deadlines, agencies, and channels., • Experience working closely with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external contributors., • Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance insights to refine content strategy. Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
