Job DescriptionSalary: $75,000 - $90,000 (DOE) + Sales Commission Role & Responsibilities: Actively seeks out and develops new customers. Must be able to acquire at least two new accounts per month that result in repetitive business. Experience selling within the Asia-LAX trade lane. What you’ll do: • System Maintenance and Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and functionality., • Network Management: Help manage and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Assist in maintaining network security protocols and access controls, • User Support: Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Assist in setting up and configuring user accounts, email, and access permissions in systems like Active Directory, • Data Management: Assist in implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions. Perform routine data backups and ensure data integrity., • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Prepare reports on system performance and incident resolutions, • Security: Assist in implementing and enforcing security policies and protocols. Monitor system logs for security breaches and unauthorized access., • Perform other duties as assigned What we’re looking for: • We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of computer systems, networking concepts, and IT infrastructure. Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)., • Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software issues., • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
