Job DescriptionDescription of Duties: The Operations Technical Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: · Be a dynamic and experienced IT Operations & Sustainment Technical Manager and lead our operations team maintaining a hybrid, HPC DoD Secret enclave. · Utilize extensive leadership experience in an operations center setting, actively managing change requests, incidents, and work orders. · Will drive productivity, manage capacity for a team of 8-12 personnel, implement process improvements, track KPIs, and integrate seamlessly with adjacent teams such as Cyber, Customer Experience, and Architecture & Engineering. · Bring your extreme ownership and technical expertise to proactively mitigate vulnerabilities, resolve incidents, and ensure continuous improvement within a complex, highly secure operational environment that is actively modernizing and adapting to needs of a critical DoD customer on the eve of new and exciting transformation.
