We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizzeria Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dough preparation, sauce crafting, and pizza cooking techniques—particularly using a wood-fired or stone oven. Chef to cook Authentic Italian Food. Minimum 5 years of work experince in an Italian restaurant as Chef.
- Specialized in Prepare and cook authentic Greek dishes. - Design and update the Greek menu based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences - Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene - Manage kitchen inventory and order Greek specialty ingredients as needed - Train and supervise kitchen staff on Greek cooking techniques and presentation. Preferred: Knowledge of Greek culture, ingredients, and dietary variations (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free options)
