If you’re ready to make a difference in the guest experience while working in a scenic and welcoming environment, apply today and join the Lucille’s Mountaintop Inn & Spa team as a Housekeeper!Responsibilities • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, • Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries, • Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks, • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures, • Empty trash and recycling, restock supplies in guest rooms and housekeeping closets, • Report maintenance or repair issues promptly, • Serve breakfast: take orders, prepare and cook breakfast items, clear and reset tables, wash dishes, and maintain presentation standards (paid training provided), • Interact with guests professionally and provide exceptional customer service, • Adhere to all health, safety, and food-handling guidelines, • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards, • Punctuality, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation required, • Comfortable climbing stairsRequired Skills, • Friendly, welcoming demeanor with excellent customer service skills, • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong work ethic, • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (1 year cleaning experience ideal), • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, • Weekend availability (Sundays required)
