Position Summary: The Sales Analyst Intern will support the sales organization by transforming data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. In this role, the intern will assist with collecting, analyzing, and visualizing sales performance metrics, helping identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. They will work closely with sales, supply chain, & business intelligence teams to maintain dashboards, support forecasting efforts, and contribute to strategic decision‑making. This internship provides hands‑on experience with data analysis, CRM tools, and reporting platforms, allowing the intern to develop analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced business environment. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to work with data to support high‑impact sales initiatives. Principal Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insight Development: • Analyze a variety of datasets across RWC platforms to address business questions, identify trends, and generate clear, actionable insights tailored to different audiences., • Work with point‑of‑sale (POS), order/shipments, and retail price‑monitoring data to support ongoing sales reporting and strategic initiatives. Reporting & Visualization: • Run recurring weekly point‑of‑sale reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to key stakeholders., • Build and support ad‑hoc reporting based on new projects, business inquiries, or emerging market dynamics Data Management: • Support the implementation, maintenance, and updates of master data files to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and usability for analytics and reporting. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: • Partner with sales, supply chain, category management, and BI teams to gather requirements, validate data, and ensure insights support business needs., • Present findings in a clear, structured manner to technical and non‑technical audiences. Qualifications: Education: Enrolled for Bachelor of Business Administration for one of the following: • Business / Data Analytics, • Statistics, • Supply Chain Management, • Professional Sales Experience: • Experience working with data through coursework, projects, or prior internships (e.g., business analytics, statistics, finance, marketing research)., • Exposure to analytical tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts), Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms., • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g.,SAP,) through class projects or previous roles., • Basic understanding of sales metrics such as POS data, shipment data, sales trends, pricing, and market share., • Experience cleaning, organizing, or maintaining datasets—either academically or in a work setting., • Prior involvement in projects that required presenting findings or communicating insights to others., • Experience working on cross‑functional teams or collaborating on group projects., • Any previous role (internship, part‑time, campus leadership) involving problem‑solving, analytical thinking, or working with numbers. Working Conditions & Physical Demands: • This position will be located in Atlanta, GA, • Interns are paid an hourly rate of $22, • Internship will have travel involved including a kick-off in Atlanta and Operations immersion week in Cullman, AL
