Monitor beverage quality and presentation to ensure consistency. Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment setup and cleaning. Work collaboratively with the café team to provide a positive guest experience. Report equipment issues or inventory shortages to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a barista or in food and beverage service is an advantage but not required. Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and café operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service orientation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg when necessary. Preferred Skills Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing methods.
